Guided Waterfowl Hunting
Full Day
- Rate for 1 hunter will be $175 per day
- Rate for each additional hunter wil be $125 per day
- Hunts depart our facilities before sunrise. Break for lunch or lunch can be packed for the days hunt
- Hunting will continue until sunset or until hunters limit out
Half Day
- Rate for 1 hunter will be $125 per day
- Rate for each additional hunter will be $100 per day
- Hunts depart our facilities before sunrise and hunt until noon or until hunters limit out
- Afternoon hunts depart our facilities at noon and hunt until sunset or until hunters limit out
>> Hunters 10 years of age and younger hunt free when accompanied by a parent. Limit 2 per hunt and must be under the supervision of his or her parent at all times.

Multiple Day Hunts
- 3 day rate – 1 hunter $500, each additional $350 per hunter
- 5 day rate – 1 hunter $850, each additional $600 per hunter

Hunting & Fishing Weekend Combos
Full Day Waterfowl hunt on Saturday & Half Day Sunday
Fishing trips for Trout, Flounder, Blues, Sea Mullet, Red Fish, and other local species.
- One Sportsman $450 per charter and $225 for each additional sportsman with a maximum of 4.
LICENSE, LODGING & MEALS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE FOR THIS SERVICE.

Hunting & Fishing Lodge
HUNTING & FISHING LODGE
For your comfort and convenience, Cape Lookout Cabins and Camps Ferry service can provide you and your group with lodging located just 1/2 mile form our facilities. Our lodge can accommodate up to 8 guests per day. The rate for the first 4 guests is $150 per day. Each additional guest up to 4 will be chared a fee of $30 per day. This is a full service working lodge, with central air and heat, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining facilities, two bath, outdoor grill, parking and storage. NO PETS allowed.
MEALS
“Down East Style” home cooked meals can be provided for additional fees or we have restaurant facilities near by. Examples: Fish Fry – Clam Bake – Oyster Roast – Steaks
FULL SERVICE TAXIDERMY
Our hunting guide Jeffrey Salter provides a full service Taxidermy Service. Jeffrey has entered his work in local, state, and national events, bringing home may ribbons and awards. Jeffrey’s work is of the highest level. We can arrange for your trophy to be a lasting memory.
THINGS TO BRING
Warm waterproof camouflaged clothing, waders gloves, hat, gun, and gun case.

Outer Banks Hunting Information
Regulations
Nation Park Service, Federal and North Carolina hunting regulations apply within the seashore and are enforced by U.S. Park Rangers as well as Federal and State Game Officers. Hunting dates, bag limits and huntable species are determined by the North Carolina Division of Wildlife regulations. In addition to Federal and State regulation, park specific regulations (including those summarized below) are established for the safety of other visitors and to protect the Park’s cultural and natural resources.
The Regulation is:
*Closures-Hunting within 200 yards of any structure or campsite is prohibited. Hunting or possession of a loaded firearm is prohibited in the following closed areas (see map below): >Portsmouth Village, >Lighthouse Complex, >Former Coast Guard Station,>Concession Cabin Area, >Harkers Island Visitor Center Site.
Transporting Firearms: Firearms must be completely unloaded when being transported in any vehicle, vessel or other public conveyance.
Target Practice: and/or sighting in of weapons is prohibited.
Dogs: When not actively engaged in legal hunting activities, all dogs must be under physical restraint. While hunting, maintain control of you dogs to prevent them from harassing non-game wildlife. For you dogs safety, keep them away form horses on Shackleford Banks. Some ferries will carry dogs: check with the ferry service for their policy. Dogs are not permitted in consession cabins.
